Line guides from italian S.I.O.T. suggest to use minimally invasive foot surgery in case of IMA<14° or chevron/scarf osteotomy. In case of 14° < IMA < 20° it is suggested to perform a proximal osteotomy. Finally with IMA > 20° it is kindly indicated to change to LAPIDUS or MTP
